Introduction:
The demo/test software, which consists of two programs, is for TCP
and UDP. Software accepts only Contact-ID messages and not for SAT-FORMAT
messages.
The TCP demo/test software is as follows:
Display of verification data, account number, event received, MAC
address, alarm sequence number, receiver number, account prefix, time stamp,
received CRC, calculated CRC, total byte, and programming data is provided. It
also display complete received IP message, transmitted message( by this
software), and consecutive received alarm messages in the right hand side of
the screen. It also display complete received IP message, transmitted message(
by this software), and consecutive received alarm messages in the right hand
side of the screen. It may be forced to transmit NAK message always no matter
what messages received for testing your alarm panels' ability to receive NAK
message and re-transmission of your alarm messages. t may be selected to ignore restoring/closing events.
It can play wave file for programmed time. Edit window for
programming port number. The multi-port version may open up-to ten ports
simultaneously. All received data is also output at RS232 compatible printer.
UDP demo/test software is single port with limited features. This
demo/test software may be available at no charge for LS15ETH or EM15 purchase.
