Introduction:

When the panic switch on QP20 is pushed, siren sound is generated over the integral speaker on QP20.  Since siren sound is so strong that for your other family member can hear the sound to get you for medical emergency or purposes.

QP20 contains excessive sound triggering for generating the same siren sound as the panic switch, but the siren sound generation by excessive sound requires QP20 to be armed by pushing the arm/disarm switch. In order for the panic switch to work, QP20 is not required to be armed.

Panic Switch: it is located on its top section

Arming/Disarming Switch: it is located on its side section. When it is pushed after non-armed state, it becomes pre-alarm state for ten seconds with arm LED flashes. After ending pre-alarm state, the arm LED stays on continuously and any excessive sound is detected with siren on.

 

Armed indicator: red color LED and it is located on its side section.

 

Power switch: located on its side section

 

Instrument Power input: by provided an 117VAC/12V DC power adapter

 

Wall-mountable: with four screw holes provided.

 

Siren period: four minutes. The siren generation may be stopped when pushing the Arming/Disarming Switch continuously for one second until it is stopped. Once the siren is stopped, you may stop pushing the Arming/Disarming Switch.
